Spotted in the online EDP. Medallions "believed to be made of wood from HMS Victory."

Thanks for posting that, Mil.

I did get a Google alert about these medallions but I thought they had been made fairly recently from the wood removed during the refurbishment of Victory, pieces of which are often sold for a few pounds. But these have a far more interesting history so I'm glad you've brought our attention to the news of their return to Burnham Thorpe.
