May I send very best wishes to all members for a happy Christmas and a peaceful 2012.

I'm sorry I don't have time to do a quiz or somesuch as I usually do. I hope members will survive this deprivation!

Thanks too, for your continued interest and support during my semi-retirement in recent weeks, and for the kind private messages I have received. I hope the new year will be a little less pressured and I can involve myself more fully in the lively exchanges, opinions and information that members keep flowing so generously on the website.

May I reciprocate, and send my Very Best wishes to both you and Ian for a Very Happy Christmas and New Year, and a Prosperous 2012? You certainly deserve it.

I also, of course, send Christmas wishes to all members, wherever they are.

I am sure all here will also wish you all the best in your new home – when you eventually get there! I am sure too we all fully understand why there is no Christmas Quiz – and I think we'll just about survive the deprivation! :shock:

Many thanks too for the wonderful site this has developed into. I look in every day if I can, and actually have WON as my start page on the computer! :wink:
