Nelson Painting

I was wondering if anyone had seen this painting of Nelson in his cabin, or knows where is is? It's by Colin Wynn and was presented to the Royal Navy. It was displayed in Nelson's cabin on Trafalgar Day 2005.
It looks cool, but it's a bit small and not very clear on this photo.

We had a discussion about this painting, I think on the old Nelson site, near to the time it was presented to the RN by this New Zealand artist. I believe although I'm not certain that, after it was displayed in Nelson's cabin, it was hung in the wardoom of HMS Nelson.
