My first thought was "oh no not Pamela Hardy again". PH conned a lot of people in the 1930's, claiming that various worthless artefacts were owned by, or associated with Nelson.

In fact this is most likely nothing to do with her given the proven relationship between Penn and Quilliam.

But, once again, I won't be dipping my hand in my pocket for an item with that level of provenance.

I'll never get my Nelson museum going at this rate. :(
