Just a quick note I now have comments enabled in my site blog. If anybody wants to keep up with new info etc. I recently managed to track down a sketch, made by the artist Turner, of the Rotherham walker cannon works, that is now on the site,from 1797. On the left of the sketch looks to be some sort of boring tool,I might be able to lay my hands on a larger copy of this at some point. |
