Appently, it is to be situated on one of his lesser known battle sites, Montereau, where he had a small victory in 1814. It didn't do him much good however, as he was forced to abdicate just a few weeks later. The construction begins in February 1814, but I don't think it says when the Park will be opened – June 1815 perhaps?

Being French, I somehow get the feeling that is has been somewhat dumbed down. There is no mention of the defeat of the French Fleet at Trafalgar, at least not from the info on the map, and Waterloo appears no where in sight! I wonder how they will also handle 'Elbe', 'St Helena' and 'Corsica'? I doubt they'll have the latter being bombarded by the Vanguard, although I suppose they might make much of Nelson losing his eye!

I just hope it gives no one in the UK any bright ideas...
