Nelson & His World

Hi All,

Has anyone used Google Street View to look at Nelson related sites, great if you are overseas.

Yes - had a good look round Burnham Thorpe and the north Norfolk coastline. Also tried to locate Merton - had to give up as it is covered in Victorian terraces. According to the local council, the actual site of the house is now occupied by a block of council flats called Merton House and a car park! Looked for Round Wood and couldn't find it, but on Google itself, some more modern, private flats came up - maybe these have been built on the site. I have also looked at the docks at Chatham but these, again, have changed beyond belief.
