Jaylou,
Very little is known about this small schooner, apart from the fact that she was a captured American prize, taken by the Lowestoffe and given to Nelson as reward for his boarding of another vessel. (She was so-named by the Lowestoffe's captain, Locker, after his wife and young daughter.) She was in effect his first command.
I have not heard that she was ever in European waters, let alone the Bay of Biscay, and would have thought that an Atlantic crossing would have been quite hazardous for such a small vessel. However, I suppose it is possible. I am intrigued to know why you would 'hope' that she was in the Bay of Biscay!

Btw, welcome to the forum!
