I know this idea had been mooted before - but I think this is the first time I have seen it confirmed - with a date of April 2010.

I wonder what on earth will happen to it when it comes down off the plinth.

I think it has, but no matter, what better idea could there be. My only concern would be the fragility of the bottle!
