Anyone with a PO postcode can visit the Royal Historic Dockyard at Portsmouth for a reduced fee of £5.

Incidentally, does anyone know whether 'Free Access Days' are still available to visitors to HMS Victory? I mean the sort of visit that allows you to wander at will for as long as you like as opposed to being taken round on a tour by a guide.

I visited Victory twice last year, the first time was in April and that was a free roam and was not adverised as such, the next time was just before Christmas and was guided.
I just love the unguided visit, i can spend hours on that beautiful ship.
